There’s just something about trees when they have a light dusting of snow on them, with Christmas lights glowing in early morning that makes a person smile.

Winter has arrived!

December

Even though the first day of winter isn’t until the 21st, winter has moved in. We started yesterday with rain, which turned into a nice coat of ice when the temps dropped and the winds started. Then Mother Nature decided to toss some snow into the mix for fun! We are supposed to get some more snow tonight so hopefully everything will look like a winter wonderland for Christmas!
Hope everyone has a great weekend and remember to be careful with all the ice under the snow.

The storm we got last night brought around 4 inches of snow along the Big Lake.
Today everything looks like a winter wonderland again!
Fresh snow in the yard show you all the woodsy neighbors who have been wondering around and the trees look as if they have been
painted just for the holiday season. Hopefully we will get more tonight!
